- In general, all sales are final.
- Refunds may only be granted for canceled sessions for unavoidable circumstances.
- No refunds will be given for missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- For the missed session, a make-up class may be allowed for a certain situation.
- If a student cannot join their tutoring sessions for unavoidable circumstances, they may request a refund. The request will be reviewed by the management, and a decision will be made case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original transaction.
- If a package of sessions is purchased, unused sessions for extenuating circumstances may be saved.
- Saved classes can be redeemed later. However, some adjustments will be necessary if the prices of future sessions are different.
