Refunds may only be granted for canceled sessions for unavoidable circumstances.
No refunds will be given for missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice.
For the missed session, a make-up class may be allowed for a certain situation.
If a student cannot join their tutoring sessions for unavoidable circumstances, they may request a refund. The request will be reviewed by the management, and a decision will be made case-by-case basis.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original transaction.
If a package of sessions is purchased, unused sessions for extenuating circumstances may be saved.
Saved classes can be redeemed later. However, some adjustments will be necessary if the prices of future sessions are different.
